Harry Marciniak
Autistic Actor and Creative Practitioner

About Me
My name is Harry Marciniak. I am an actor and creative practitioner in stage, screen and broadcast performance. Welcome to my website.
I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at three years old. I am a proud member of the disabled/neurodiverse community. I believe it gives me a unique perspective on the world, and this is something valuable to bring into my artistry. I am based in Nottingham but regularly work elsewhere in the UK, in locations such as Leicester, Derby, Birmingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, and London.
I have a body of creative work I am proud of. I performed at the National Theatre in London as part of the 2017 Connections Festival, and in multiple sold-out Children's theatre shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. More recently, I performed the gripping war drama Pink Mist at Nottingham’s Lace Market Theatre and portrayed the comedy character Stephano in William Shakespeare’s The Tempest at Derby Theatre.
I attended Flying High Expressive Arts CIC from the ages of ten to nineteen. I studied Acting full-time after leaving school, achieving a D*D*D* Level 3 Extended Diploma in Acting at Nottingham College, and then First Class BA Honours in Performance at Sheffield Hallam University. I am currently a member of the Actor's Workshop Nottingham.
